What Does KYB Mean?

To adhere to multiple laws and regulations, we must collect, authenticate, and document specific identification information about your organization, including details about its owners and/or key controllers, during the account creation process. This protocol is designed to prevent money laundering and the financing of terrorism.

Required Documents

Please submit the required documents as indicated below to complete the process.

Corporate Documents

Applicability: These requirements apply to the company and any corporate shareholders owning 25% or more effective equity interest.

  1. Business Profile: Must be from the official government registry, dated within the last 6 months. It should include the Register of Directors and Shareholders or a Certificate of Incumbency no older than 12 months.
  2. Certificate of Incorporation/Registration
  3. Memorandum and Articles of Association
  4. Ownership Structure/Shareholding Chart: Required if the ownership structure is complex with multiple layers.
  5. Proof of Business Address: Acceptable documents include utility bills, internet bills, or bank statements, dated within the last 3 months.

Specifications:

Multiple File Selection: You can upload several files in each field by pressing and holding the Ctrl key while selecting your documents.
Language Requirements: Documents must be in English. For non-English documents, provide a notarized English translation.
