How does it work?
Program members can go to our Rewards Redemption platform and select Duty Cash to exchange their points or Reward the World Clubcoins for Duty-Free cash.
- Select the airport where you expect to purchase some Duty-Free goods
- Decide how much to spend using the dropdown – this will display the amount of points/Clunbcoins required
- Accept the terms and click continue, this will generate a QR which you can download to your phone Wallet
- At the airport, take your basket to the checkout and use your QR code to pay.
Remember you can send the QR code as a gift to friends and family or through RTW Business you can carry out and distribute bulk orders.
Additional points can always be purchased should you have an insufficient account balance.

The recipients can redeem points or rewards immediately on rewardtheworld.com or via a white-labeled version, branded to meet your needs. Where the reward is cash the recipient will be notified that the cash has been sent to their preferred destination.
